I have tried your suggestion for disarchiving webforms and all I got was a screen stating not 20 transactions not done. Not success or failure just not done.

Hi Angel,

Thank you for posting!  Please take the steps outlined below to unarchive specific documents:
  1. Click the Search icon near the upper-right.
  2. Fill out your search criteria.  I used the below criteria - the important part is ensuring the date range is inclusive and that you have selected Archived in the Status column.
  3. Click the blue Search button.
  4. Place a check-mark in the Status column on the left-hand side of the screen next to the documents you would like to unarchive.
  5. From the Select an Action menu at the bottom, select Unarchive.
If this is the process you are already taking and it is not working, please let me know.

Best,

Jordan

I have followed the steps above and without results. What I got across the top was :Success 0  Failures 0 No Action 7. Under this is a listing of the 7 documents I was trying to unachive. Each document had a red circle with a cross bar preceeding it.

Angel,

Please provide me with an example document you are working on unarchiving and I can take a look.  The above message is generally displayed when the document is not archived.

Thank you!

Jordan
