We are starting to complete ASN forms for our shipments to AAFES, we have both options available to us the P&P or the Std Pk.  What the differences between them and how am I to know which one to use?

Heather,

Thank you for checking out the Support Center! In regards to your question here is some information to describe the differences.

The P&P (pick and pack) option is to organize your items in this order. Shipment, Order, Packaging, and then the Item. This is a good option for items that are easily able to fit in a box together. This is the most common option.
The Std PK (standard pack) option is to organize your items in this order. Shipment, Order, Item, Packaging. This is a good option for items that do not pack easily together, generally as they are quite large, like a refrigerator. You most likely will not put two of them in the same box when sending a shipment.

Unless you are sending large/uniquely shaped objects, you will most likely want to use P&P.
