Delete Entire Product Import

After a rather large import of a csv form onto Retail Universe, I recognized a small mistake that I made in one column. This error was replicated in all 320+ items that I uploaded. When the only way to edit this was to do it one item at a time (very time consuming), I got into a chat session with the help desk. When I inquired how to mass-delete my entire import so that I could simply correct the issue on my csv sheet and re-import, here was the response that I received:

SPS Chat Support:Unfortunately after reviewing the functions you can only do the items one by one by deleting using the red "x" when you hover over the items.You: That's unfortunate. So I'm guessing I could re-submit a new, corrected sheet but then I would just have a bunch of duplicates.SPS Chat Support: Correct you wouldn't want to add duplicates.SPS Chat Support: I believe they chose not to do that to prevent customers from accidentally deleting and losing everything.You: My feedback for this product is there should be an option for deleting all products from the listing in one fell-swoop. I'm sure I'm not the only one who has, upon seeing their vast catalog and realizing a small mistake, wanted to start over and make one mass edit instead of 300+ individual ones.You: A "delete all products" button, followed by a confirmation screen or two would likely do the trick to prevent any accidental deletions....SPS Chat Support: Absolutely, you could make this suggestion on our support center as "Idea"[settings][type]=ideaSPS Chat Support: I can understand how that could be quite helpful.SPS Chat Support: Our development team could then look into this idea!You: Thank you Erika. Hi Mackey,

This is really easy to fix. Simply make the change in your CSV and import again using that file. Retail Universe will understand that you're modifying existing items and only update your existing items. No need to delete and re-upload.
