Delay ( 2 days) in receiving webform documents.

I am receiving changed forms 2 days after the product has been shipped and invoiced. How can this be resolved. Help.

Hi Kandy,

If you've received a change order after the original order has been shipped and invoiced, you will want to speak with your purchasing contact. Advise them that you have fulfilled the order as originally received, and see what measures they would like you to take. Their contact information can be found on a received Purchase Order.

In looking at your WebForms account, I don't see any Purchase Order Change documents that you have received. Could you please let me know what documents you are referring to?

On a possibly related note, we have been experiencing some minor data delay issues. If you are indeed missing incoming documents, if you could please provide me with the document number(s) and the date when they were originally transmitted, I can take a look at where those documents stand within the transmission process in our system, and work to ensure that you receive them as soon as possible.
