delay in receiving EDI orders

It's taking 3-4 hours for orders to display in SPS.  We pack and ship on the same day, timing is extremely important.  To avoid any missed shipments our buyer is emailing us a screen shot of her order.  This seems to defeat part of the purpose of EDI...

Thank you for posting in the Support Center!

I have look into is and found that yesterday there was a data delay for part of the system.  It was resolved and data should be flowing through it.  There are higher traffic times, however, where data may take longer to transmit through.

If you are consistently seeing a lag in dataflow and it is effecting the ability to meet shipping deadlines, I would contact your Account Executive to see if anything can be done to ensure those orders are getting through before the shipping deadline.  Many of our customers that have quick turnaround times are on Integrated Systems.

If you are not sure who your Account Executive is, please either email us with your company name or call our Customer Support line and we can look that information up for you.
