Default settings missing

I seem to have lost the ability to change default settings in webforms. All that comes up on the screen now is the name of the trading partner and the rest is blank. I used to be able to set default information for the invoices.

Thank you for posting your problem. This is a known issue that is being investigated by our technical team and should be resolved within the next month. In the meantime, there are a few other ways to access your defaults.

1. Access Defaults through the form

2. Access Defaults through the New Document screen
