I am downloading our orders and looking at the CSV file created and noticed that the 'Requested Delivery Date:' information is missing which makes the file almost useless in our situation.  Is there another location where all that data is available for us to download or am I missing something when downloading the orders?

It looks as though the field being included in the CSV file has combined the Requested Ship field and the Delivery Date field into one 'Requested Ship / Delivery Date' field for the download which only gives us the Requested Ship date but not the Requested Delivery Date.  Is this information available somewhere else?

Thank you for posting in the Support Center!

I have researched your issue and come across a few things:

This is currently how the .csv is set to load in the two dates from the PO.  The logic behind it is that retailers have always sent one date of the other, so we combined them into one to remove an excess column.  I have never worked with a PO where they were sending both the dates.

Can you post an example PO that I can take a look at?

Can you provide me with some insight into what your business uses both the numbers for?

Thank you for your help with this!
