Hi There!

We are eCommerce provider but not EDI compliance. Some of our clients want to integrate with retailers who are EDI compliance...those retailers are not listed in spscommerce Universal Network Retailers but I think they are using the standard 850, 846 and 856 EDI documents and I know spscommerce support those EDI formats.. will spscommerce support retailers that are not listed in their Universal Network Retailers?  if so what is the category that I choose to integrate? WebForms or Integrated Fulfillment?

What we want to achieve is:

1. Push Inventory form our eCommerce application to the Retailer store hourly / daily etc.
2. Get Orders from Retailer store to our eCommerce.
3. Push the shipment confirmations form our eCommerce to the Retailer Store.

All above mentioned conversation should be done through EDI ..

I appreciate your help.

Souji,

Thank you for contacting SPS Commerce. To start out, yes, we do trade those specific documents with numerous retailers through both Integrated and WebForms Fulfillment. In order to determine which trading partners we can help you become EDI compliant with and which connection method better suits your specific need, I would recommend reaching out to our Client Services team so that you can have a conversation geared to what will work best for you.

They can be reached at 1-888-739-3232 option 5.
