My company is Plum Inc We recently were setup to receive the daily inbound transaction status report. However, the excel report is coming across with no data.

Thank you for posting to the SPS Support Center! I'm going to examine the inbound transaction report see why these reports might be blank. I'll be following up with an update shortly.

Have these reports been blank since they were implemented, or is this a recent issue?

Hi Tom. It has been blank since implemented - but was just put into place on 6/21.
