Subject: PO sent by Buckle (tested again today) not visible in WebForms
further to my last support ticket - we have had Buckle re-send the latest PO message.
we are still unable to see the PO in our mailbox, and Buckle have the following transcript on their end after sending the EDI.
seems that they are receiving a confirmation that SPS has accepted the PO file.
can someone please urgently investigate this, as we are now in a situation where we cannot process the inbound POs and the customer is of the opinion that they have successfully sent the EDI messages.
