Haven't received any responses on this ticket and our customer expects us to be sending an ASN based on the 850 they have sent. SPS has sent an acknowledgement to their 850 - nothing appears in our WebForms.

Its been more than 2 business days now and we have cargo on this PO to ship in the next 24hrs - we are expecting to be penalised by our customer for this.

please get moving on this.

Subject: PO sent by Buckle (tested again today) not visible in WebForms
Hi,
further to my last support ticket - we have had Buckle re-send the latest PO message.

we are still unable to see the PO in our mailbox, and Buckle have the following transcript on their end after sending the EDI.

seems that they are receiving a confirmation that SPS has accepted the PO file.

can someone please urgently investigate this, as we are now in a situation where we cannot process the inbound POs and the customer is of the opinion that they have successfully sent the EDI messages.

thanks

Hi Andrew,

I think I found what is going on.  It looks like a syntax rule is being violated.  Here is an example:

Error Details:
If PO105 is present, then all of PO104 must be present. The syntax rule C0504 of Segment PO1 is violated. Segment PO1 is defined in the guideline at position 010.
This error was detected at:
Segment Count: 26

Element Count: 4

Characters: 797 through 797

Data example:
PO1*00006*24*EA**LE*SK*9233694750*IT*4937100M*BO*LGM*IZ*9 MED...

Here is a successful line:
PO1*00005*15*EA*19*LE*SK*9233706350*IT*4938104*BO*BLM*IZ*13 MED...

It looks like the 19 is missing for a few of the items. The Buckle will need to correct this and resend the order.  Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
