Hi, We've got a list of orders that Grainger is saying they don't have ASNs for.
I show the files went out and were acknowledged. Can you tell me if there was a problem between SPS and Grainger that we're unaware of?

Hi Dori,

Thank you for contacting SPS Commerce!

Unfortunately, production EDI data for Grainger does not pass through SPS Commerce, so I am unable to see the GS control numbers that you have provided.

If you believe that these files were sent to them, I would advise you to contact Grainger directly in regards to these transactions.

Please let me know if you have any questions!
