Customer not recieving ASN's

I Have several PO's that our customer is saying they did not recieve an ASN's for but I input all the information. Can you please check into this. PO numbers are below and I am showing I sent ASN's

Thank you for contacting the Support Center! After looking at these POs, I do see that they sent successfully as we received 997 Functional Acknowledgements back from your trading partner. This 997 basically acts as a confirmation that they received the document. I will open a case for you and send over the 997s, so that you can provide these to your trading partner.
