CTC CHANGE - cannot reject

Cannot reject CTC changes, can only accept them...

PO 03455413 has a change on it.  I don't have the option to REJECT CTC PO changes and I cannot accept this change, because it is a deletion of the PO and I need to ASN/Invoice this PO.  Can you either reject the change, or delete it? Because it is still out there, I can't do anything with the order.

Thank you for posting in the Support Center!

Canadian Tire has a lot of parameters around their documents and Purchase Order Changes are no exception.  Unfortunately, we can not change the document.  This can be frustrating at times, however, it is important to their supply chain management.

To work with that PO, I would suggest reaching out to CTC and asking what their best practice is for this situation.  If they do not want to cancel that order, however, they have sent a PO Change that cancels it, what would they like to do as they have not given you the ability to reject the PO Change?  They will most likely issue a new PO that you can work with and you can archive those documents at that point.

I'm sorry this is a bit of a hassle, however, it is the parameters they have put in place to protect the overall health of their supply chain management.
