creating a new asn on a PO

I have 3 PO's (3560239, 3560240 & 3560237) for Cabela's that I had created an ASN on and printed labels.  This morning, we received changes for these PO's, deleting items.  I went in after I accepted the new PO to recreate the ASN, and it is telling me there are no quantities to ship.  I deleted the previously created ASN's, but I'm getting the same problem.  These orders are scheduled to ship tomorrow.  We are not on the new Fulfillment site.
