Could not add an line item

When I was trying to put invoice details, I clicked the "Add a Line Item" but nothing came out and I could not type details in. Please advise.

Hello Shirley,

This could be because your retailer tracks items, and all items had already been used on the invoice previously, or because an order was canceled, or a few other reasons!

We recommend using your Fulfillment Messenger in the lower right-hand corner of your Fulfillment account to contact our support team about your specific document and we'll be able to assist you with getting your invoice sent.
