Costco Invoice Rejected

Received an email from Costco stating the Costco ID on our invoice is wrong. I do not see a field for IDs on the invoice. All we do is turn around the PO. Costco PO# 010341130025 & Invoice # 1115794. They state "The Costco ID's are 01/245588694, but you sent this invoice to ID's of 01/103391843". How do we correct this?

Hi Cristina! The IDs Costco is referencing are the Sender/Receiver IDs that route the documents you are sending. You will not be able to modify these IDs, as it is a change that SPS Commerce must correct with your setup.

I have created a separate case to address this issue. For your reference, the case number is 00888630. I will follow up with you via email with this case number.
