Costco did not receive my invoice.

I have 3 invoices that Costco has not received yet. How do I resend them ?

Hi Gregg,

In some cases depending on the document status, you can requeue them right from your WebForms account.  If they are not in a bold status, you can resend them.

To do this:
  1. Find them in the sent folder or search function.
  2. Place a check mark in the status column.
  3. Go down to the "Select an Action' menu, and choose 'Requeue'
Note the document will resend immediately without changing the data.  The timestamp in your account may update to reflect the newly sent time.

If the documents are still in bold in your account, I would like to track them out first to make sure they made it through the system successfully.  I can resend those ones here from my side.  Do you have the invoice numbers and the PO number associated with them?

Hi Gregg,

With these invoice, I am able to see each of them going out of our VAN and going to Costco's VAN, but it looks like we never received a 997 Acceptance from them. I've provided some information below for each of these which should help Costco find the docs in their system.  If they cannot find them, I can reprocess for you from the back end.
