contact information change

I have followed the video to change our contact information, but the general email from SPS still send to the previous address. What should I do for this issue ?  thanks

Which "general email" are you referencing? Are you speaking about the email that is sent to notify you of a new/erred document?

For the new document email, try following these instructions. You will want to make sure that only the emails intended to get these emails are listed. Additionally, you may want to make sure there are not any email rules set up to automatically forward these emails on your end.

For the email related to erred documents. This will be something we will need to cahnge on our end. To have this done, please call in at 888-739-3232 and an analyst will be happy to assist you in removing/adding these emails.
