We have recently had a position change which means an email change. How do I change our email address for SPS notifications?

Good Afternoon,

For the new document notifications, you can update those email addresses in 'Company User Admin'.  This video can take you through the process.  If you would like to update the email address for the erred document emails as well, I can send you an email directly (so you don't have to type the email address out here) to get that updated. Please let me know if you have any additional questions.

Thank you for your response. I'm already receiving all of the new document emails, but I am not receiving the general emails sent out by SPS. How do I go about changing that?

I can get that updated for you.  That particular email list is kept internally. I'll reach out to you via email.  That way you can provide me the new email address(es) privately, and I can get those added for you.
