Confirming ASN Submisions

Good afternoon, we currently are trying to confirm whether or not an asn was submitted for a particular PO. Could you please walk us through how we can confirm this?

Thank your for contacting the Support Center! In regards to your inquiry, it would depend on the method in which you are sending the ASN. Without more information I would be unable to check on my end, so in this case, I would recommend calling into our Support Team at 888-739-3232 and an analyst will be able to help look into your data transmissions and advise if they were successful. They will also be able to assist in the manner of you being able to monitor this data on your own as this will be unique to your connection method with SPS Commerce.
