Confirm/acknowledge a change or cancellation

I am trying to confirm a change/cancellation for a PO, and there is no option to do this. How would we handle this?

Thanks for posting in the support center! Below is a video on how to accept or reject a PO change that you receive in your account.

How to Work with A Purchase Order Change

For certain trading partners you can also send a Purchase Order Change Acknowledgment informing the trading partner that you are either accepting or rejecting the change.

Please advise which trading partner this PO Change is from and I'll take a deeper look.
