WebForms Not Responding

When I am trying to update the advanced ship notice, after waiting for the page to open up, I get a message saying "hosted-commerce.net is not responding" with a button that says "Recover webpage." I clicked on "Recover webpage," then clicked "close program," then it opens up again and does the same thing. I read some problems others are having and it seems like it is because of Java. I cannot update Java because another web portal that I use will not work with anything above Java 6. Please help.

Hey Teresa,

Thank you for posting in the support center. I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues with our website. What browser are you using when accessing WebForms? Since, you are unable to update your Java, I would recommend either switching to Internet Explorer or Firefox to see if this rids the error that you are receiving.

Please let me know if this change works or if you are still having issues.

I use Internet Explorer. I can't use Firefox.
