Close workflow not closing orders

I am trying to clean up old orders that are still open in SPS even though they have been invoiced.  I keep selecting Close Workflow on the original order and the system says the order has been successfully closed.  However, the order remains open in the transaction list.  Is there an amount of time it takes for the Close Workflow to actually close the order?

I'm sorry you're having that issue; that process should happen automatically and as soon as you close the workflow. This sounds like something our Support team could look into for you. I will include all the channels you could use to contact our Support team at the bottom of this message.

Another option would be Archiving the orders; Once an order is archived, it can only be searched for in the Transactions tab if you run an advanced search and select the "Include" archived documents bubble. Here are a screenshot of both the archive document button and the Include archived bubble in an Advanced Search:

I was having the same issue and Archiving them helped me clean up my dashboard :)
