So my forms don't really work the same when I am using CHROME for a browser vs Explorer. Spacing is different - column headings are dropped, etc.

Is Chrome supported for printing purchase orders from Webforms?

Hi Douglas,

Thanks for your post!  WebForms has been fully tested on only Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox at this point so you may experience some issues when using other browsers like Chrome.  I know that we are currently working on testing in Chrome and hope to complete that soon.  In the meantime, our Customer Operations team may be able to run through some troubleshooting steps that might clear up some problems you experience.  I cannot guarantee that everything will function as normal, but we will do our best to help!  Please let me know if you have any other questions.  Thanks!

Hi Brian,

The easiest and most comprehensive fix would be to use Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox when using WebForms.  I can provide you with some troubleshooting steps if you would like, however like I mentioned above you still may experience issues due it not being fully tested at this point.  If you do not have Firefox, you can download a free copy at this site below:

http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/

GOOGLE INTERNET PROBLEM ACCESSING WEBFORMS.


My Google Internet (not Internet Explorer) will not show the Webforms tab when I am logged into SPS COMMERCE's website. It does show the administration and information notations, but will not let me open any of the Webforms info so that I can see the Inbox, Sent, or Drafts folders.

Hi Andrew!

Thanks for your post!  I've merged your post with this existing post as I believe it will help you with your issue.   Currently, the Chrome browser is not fully functional with WebForms, one of the major issues being printing documents.  This is something we are aware of and working on.  In the meantime, for printing purposes, it would be best to use Mozilla FireFox or Internet Explorer.  Please let me know if you have any additional questions.

Recent Google Chrome user dilemma.


Recently when I click on an order the screen remains blank. However, when I click the Packing slip I get the completed document. I am using Google Chrome and noticed that a colleague uses Internet Explorer and does not have the same problem. Anyone else having this problem?

Thanks for posting in the support center! This issue is related to using WebForms on Google Chrome. WebForms isn't fully tested on Google Chrome, therefore we recommend using either Internet Explorer or Firefox. If you would prefer to use Google Chrome you can install the Internet Explorer Tab, which will enable you to view the Purchase Orders.
