When creating an ASN, I click on the next step button and find there are 4 ASN types. I don't know which one to choose. Also, I don't know how to set up the defaults to populate from the PO.

Hi Sandi,

Thanks for posting in our Support Center!  I took a look at your account and am seeing that you work with a few different trade partners.  Would you please let me know which retailer's ASNs you are looking at right now?  I should be able to let you know the difference between those types with that information.

As for the Defaults, here is a link to a video that should help explain how to set those up.  Let me know if you run into any issues or if you have any other questions.  Thanks!

Hi Sandi,

Here is some information about the Target Canada ASN types:

Advance Ship Notice - Post Distro:
-Use this ASN when your shipment is going to a Distribution Center (DC) and when you are labeling each carton

Advance Ship Notice - Post Distro (Tare):
-Use this ASN when your shipment is going to a Distribution Center (DC) and when you are labeling each pallet

Advance Ship Notice - Pre Distro
-Use this ASN when your shipment is going to a Cross Dock Distribution center

Advance Ship Notice - Store
-Use this ASN when your shipment is going directly to the store

I hope this helps clear up any confusion there may have been regarding the different ASN types.  Please let me know if you have any questions.  Thank you!
