Chargeback for non receipt of ASN

How can I verify that an ASN was sent to a customer? We received a chargeback stating the 856 was never received. The PO# is 0083-9140429-0558 for Target.

Thank you for contacting the Support Center. In regards to PO 0083-9140429-0558, I show ASN 1103 was created. However, this ASN was only ever saved. It was never sent which is why Target would not have received the ASN.

In your WebForms account, a document should how up in your sent folder if it is sent. A saved document will be located in your drafts folder.
