Changes to Default Ship From Address not Sourcing

I tried changing my Default Ship From Address via the Preferences, but it did not source to a new form. I made sure the Active Default was checked and Saved it properly. Strangely, all the other fields of the Warehouse ASN form was able to source properly from my Defaults. It is just the Ship From Address that is not applying. Does anyone have any idea how to resolve this?

Hi Daniel,

Thank you for posting! Defaults can be a bit tricky depending on the trading partner and what sources from the Purchase Order. Sometimes, if the information that is on the PO sources directly onto the ASN, then that will override your Defaults. I would advise looking that the order and seeing if the Ship From address is there, and if it is correct. If that isn't resolving or clarifying the issue, can you provide me an example of the PO that you are working on so that I can take a look?

Thanks for replying. I just checked the order itself and the From address there is the incorrect one. Here's one of the PO's that I am working on: PODTMN00432406. I'm thinking, is there is an option to change my company's profile address?

Hi Daniel,

If the Ship From is incorrect on the PO, then you will want to reach out to your trading partner and update your address information with them, because this information is sourcing from the PO. In this case, the PO that was transmitted over from your trading partner has the ship from address information in it, so we are not storing that address and SPS is unable to update it.
