I would like to add my E-mail which gives a notification that we received an order in the SPS. Right now it only goes to my colleague which is on out of office for some time now. '

Thank you for posting in the Support Center!

To change the email notifications in your WebForms account you will want to follow these steps:
Email addresses for New Document Notifications are stored in your Company User Admin. If you would like to modify or check which email addresses are set up to receive notifications of new WebForms documents, please follow the below steps:

 

1. Log in to http://www.spscommerce.net (Or if you are already in your WebForms Inbox, click on the blue SPS Commerce in the top left corner)

2. Select "Company User Admin" on the left side of the page.

3. Next to your username, select the "edit" icon.

4. This will take you to your permissions page, where you can view and modify the email addresses set up to receive notifications.

You can log in and change them at anytime!
