Catalog v6 validation

How can I find out if my catalog additions were successful? First upload had errors, fixed the errors, re-uploaded two days ago. I have green checks for all my statuses but I am unsure if they have been validated. Also, is there a way to see if the catalogs were sent to Macy's

Hi James,

With v6 catalog uploads there are two points of validation. The first point is within your v6 portal itself. The file that you upload will error in the portal if it does not meet certain formatting requirements. This error will show in the Spreadsheet Mgmt - Status Page.

The second point of validation occurs within the SPS Commerce data center. We validate the data against the requirements for your trading partner - in this case Macy's. Within our system there are notifications where we can table an email address to receive emails for erred files. You can enter your email address in when you are uploading a file and then you will receive notifications if there are errors during the transmission.

Lastly, we do not have a way to show if the catalogs were successfully received by Macy's. I would recommend reaching out to your buyer to see if there is a confirmation that they would be willing to provide.
