I need items added to a cross-reference table and submitted a spreadsheet with the information over a month ago with no response.  How do I get this updated?  I don't see where I can upload/attach the information in this forum.  Because we have several product changes coming, I would like to be able to update the tables myself rather than wait for it to be done here.  How do I do that?

Thanks,

Rhonda

Rhonda,

Looking at that case it would look like those changes were made on 9/26. I will follow up with this analyst and make sure that they send emails stating that the work has been completed. If you wish to follow up on a case there are a few different ways in which you can do so.

1. Always welcome to call into 888-739-3232 to ask to check on/open a case
2. You can respond to the email you received giving you the case number. This will link to the case you created and the analyst working on your case will be notified of your email.
3. You can also chat us! on the support center there is a spot in the upper right of the home page where it say contact us. There is a spot there to start a chat with an analyst and is a great way to get fast answers to some quick questions.

Thanks Ryan.

I will need to add several more items in the next while.  I've been told I can request access to my cross reference tables so I can update them myself.  How do I go about implementing this?

Looking at your set up I do not show that you would have the ability to add them yourself. There are a few ERP systems that would have the ability to do this with our system, namely, Netsuite and Quickbooks.

You can, however, request access to the cross reference tables. To do this I would email into fiservices@spscommerce.com. All you have to request is a spreadsheet containing all of the cross references you would like to see. For example, you could request all of them for one of your trading partners or all of them and we would pull that information for you.

Moving forward we would still have to update these for you in our system, however.

I believe there are several items that should be removed and new ones added so I would like to review them.  I will email them the request.

Thanks for the information.

Rhonda
