Carbon copy not sent on order to broker's edi

It is imperative that our broker, who maintains the relation ship we have with our buyer, is carbon copied on all orders from several of our buyers. This has not been an issue until our most recent order from C and S Wholesale. The broker has confirmed with the buyer that it is not an error in their EDI system.

Please advise on what next steps we can take, as the site overall is not user-friendly, to resolve this issue and return to carbon copying our broker to the order receipts.

Do you have an example Purchase Order number that this is happening for? Also, did you receive this order in your account but the broker just didn't receive it? I would be glad to look into this for you but I just need a little bit more information.
