Can't upload invoice

I wanted to try upload invoice on SPS
but the invoice icon is crossed-out and I can't select it.
Please let me know how to upload or how to override it.

Hello Sungbae!

In order to look into this, could I please get a specific PO number? That would help in determine next steps. One factor could be that an invoice has already been created. To check this, please choose the Related Documents icon on the far right side across from the PO in question. This button will show all documents that have been created off of this particular PO.

If this is not the case, the PO number will be beneficial for troubleshooting steps.
