'Invalid Partnerships' Error Message

I am trying to send an invoice to Trading Partner. It says unvalid partnerships and to clear the Java plugin cache. I have cleared the Java plugin cache and exited out of the browser and I still can't get the invoice to appear.

Hi Chris! Thank you for your post. The 'Invalid Partnerships' error message is generated when your vendor number is needed in an internal SPS system. I will escalate this to your SPS Implementation Analyst for that setup, Dan Duehn, and ask him to add the number. I will email you his contact information as well. Please let me know if you have any other questions!
