Trying to create a packing slip for Amazon.com. I've created the ASN template which is in drafts (6853 and 6850) however, when creating the packing slip, no ship to/billing info is being pulled into the packing slip. I need help on this ASAP! Thanks.

Hi Margaret! After a review of the documents mentioned, I also noticed that there was not Billing Address or Shipping Address sourcing onto the packing slip. I also noticed that there was no place for you to enter this information on the form. Has this information sourced onto the packing slip previously?

I am moving this particular issue into a case to be tracked outside of the Support Center. The case number, for your reference, is 00853368. I will be following up with you in that case, as I believe this issue will have to be escalated.

Thank you!

Hi Pat. Yes, the information flowed into the pack slip until today. Thanks for escalating the case.

Good morning Margaret,

I took a look at is case and it looks like the development work has been completed. Right now the issue is waiting for QA prior to being released. We will update this post as soon as we see that the release is ready to be pushed to production. We appreciate your patience and sincerely apologize that this is taking longer than expected.

Kindly,
Lisa

Hello Margaret, I wanted to let you know that a fix was installed last Friday so that the Billing and Shipping Addresses source into the Packing Slip that is loaded off of the Purchase Order. Note that this will not work if you haven't yet created an ASN off of the Purchase Order.

In order to access the Packing Slip from the Purchase order, you can either search for the PO that the shipment is for and click on 'Related Documents', then 'Packing Slip', or you can access the ASN from drafts/Sent, click on 'Related Documents', choose 'Next Steps' from the PO, and then click on 'Packing Slip' from the 'Next Steps' window.

The fix for the sourcing of the Billing and Shipping Addresses from the packing slip off of the ASN is still with our development team. We will continue to monitor it and let you know once it's been installed.

I see you changed the process for pulling the pack slip, which may have been part of my problem. In the past, I had to create an ASN draft to create the pack slip. But now I see I can pull the pack slip direct from the PO (which is much easier).

Is this a temp fix? Will the pack slip go back to being pulled from the ASN when the new fix is completed?

Thanks for the update!

My understanding is that this will be a permanent fix and the packing slip will be available from both the PO and the ASN. I'm glad to hear that pulling the packing slip directly from the PO is easier!

I can't seem to find the Packing List at all under related documents. Only a Pick List?

Sorry, I am looking at Amazon Warehouse. Is there no Packing List available for those POs? I had to go back to Amazon Vendor Central to print them for our orders this week

Hi Lisa!

Thanks for the post! I had the chance to review your request and it appears that Amazon Warehouse is not built out for Packing Lists. Amazon.com is because of the drop-ship functionality of it. I am only able to see the Pick List as well.

Let me know if you have any other questions!
