Can't Access the Universal Catalog (v6)

I am suddenly prompted for a Username and Password to access the Universal Catalog (v6) which hasn't happened in the past. When I enter our company's credentials (same as when logging in to SPS Commerce), it does not work and I get an error that I don't have permission. Help?

I also tried to access the Universal Catalog (v7) and it would take my back to the main login page. If I log in again, I wind up in a continuous loop. I click Universal Catalog (v7) and wind up back at the main login page. Arrrrggg!

Okay - I'm removing this post. Apparently the new versions of IE 10 and Firefox don't work. If I set IE 10 to use compatibility mode - I am able to access Universal Catalog (v6) -- but I still can't access Universal Catalog (v7)?? So long as I can get in, I am okay.

I was wrong. This didn't get fixed. HELP! (I created a Get Satisfaction account to respond to this because apparently Facebook connect is not working)

I am sorry that you are having problems accessing your Catalog (v6). Please try using this link to access your Catalog (v6) log in page;

This link will take you directly to the Catalog (v6) log in page so you will not need to log into your Portal account.

That didn't work. Same issue. Prompted for login info and after three tries I got the Not Authorized error.
