Can't upgrade to Fulfillment. Email verification window does not open.

Thank you for posting in the Support Center!

We have seen this issue whenever you have a pop-up blocker enabled on your computer that stops the Email Verification window from opening. We do have a video that can walk you through disabling your pop-up blocker to allow this window to show up properly for you:

I have the same problem, but my pop-up blocker is turned off (using IE).  I have also tried via Chrome and I get to the window where I'm supposed to enter an email address, but there is no where to do so, just a "Create Now" button.

Hello Kathy!

You will need to click "Create Now" to move to the screen where you can enter your email address in to create your profile.

Hello Kathy,

If you have already made sure there is no pop-up blocker working in your browser, you may be experiencing other security issues, or a more unique issue. Often, the "Create Now" function works best in Mozilla Firefox as well. I would recommend contacting our support team by calling (888) 739-3232, Option 1, Option 1 to see if we can do a desktop share to ensure everything is working properly.
