Can't print shipping labels for AMAZON PO

When I go to print the shipping labels for Amazon PO 6OLI213L, it comes up in a new window with a "System error". I've tried doing it directly through the "shipping labels" option, or editing it in drafts, then hitting save and view shipping label to save it that way.  Neither option is working....

Thank you for posting in the Support Center!

Whenever you see the "System Problem" message with a thumbs-down icon when trying to view Shipping Labels, this means that your ASN has not been filled out properly. There are either missing mandatory forms, or the quantities packed are not correct. You will need to edit your form, and use the "Check" or "Check for Errors" button to see what the issue may be. Once your document checks successfully you will be able to view labels.
