Can't Print Bulk PO's in SPS

Hi, I work in the IT department and one of my user's is having a hard time printing PO's in bulk. Pretty much out of 30 or so orders only 1 will print, or if she's lucky she can print 2-5 pages out of a bulk print job. She is able to print one by one but that would take too long. I've installed the latest printer drives on her machine, I've cleared the cache on her browser (IE11) and sometimes the problem will be fix for a few days only to have it happen again. Is there any possible solution for this, or at least an idea of what is causing it?

I forgot to mention that she is working on a Windows 7 Machine.

That is a very interesting issue you are having. There are a few beginning troubleshooting steps that we typically try when we see this sort of issue in Internet Explorer and you have already taken a couple of them. The next step I would advise would be to change the print margins in 'page setup' to have the bottom margin = 0.00.

If this does not work and you have already cleared cache, installed printer drivers, etc. then I would advise to try an Internet Explorer Reset. You can find the instructions to do that HERE.

The next step we try is to download Mozilla Firefox and try and print through there. The only trick when printing through there is when you get to the screen after you choose all of your Purchase Orders and select 'print documents' you will see a small print screen where you need to make sure you choose 'Each Frame Separately' before printing.

If none of these steps work then I would strongly suggest you call in at 1-888-739-3232 option 1 option 1 and speak with one of our analysts who can go over further steps.
