can't load the invoice. it says a problem with this webpage caused Internet Explorer to close & reopen the tab. Help !

I'm so sorry for the delay in response!  If you are still not able to load the document the best practice is to follow this self- diagnostic:

If this does not resolve the issue, you may be experiencing a unique issue and will need to call into the Support Team. They can get on desktop share with you and review and resolve the issue at that point.
