Can't Auto Complete new LL Bean PO's

When I click on Auto Complete, I receive this message: No Documents could Be Auto-Completed.
Can't create ASN's or Invoices for all these reissued PO's. Does this have something to do with our permissions? Any advice appreciated...

Hi Erik,

Sorry for the delay in the response as we had a company meeting today.

I am seeing that your LL Bean POs have not yet been opened. To open them you will want to check the boxes under the "status column" of the POs you are looking to work with. Then you look toward the bottom of the page in the "Select an Action" field and you will want to select "Open" as the action.

Once this is completed you should be able to auto-complete those POs
I have also attached a picture for your convenience to help with this process :)

Did as instructed above. still getting Warning: no documents could be auto-completed. please advise.

Hi Ken,

It sounds like you made need to adjust your permissions as well.

Click Here and take a look at slide 5 for me to view how to edit your permissions. Hopefully this helps. :)
