Cannot send the PO Acknowledgement

I am trying to process a PO acknowledgement for order ID 16491. I went through the steps but the order ack. does not show up under my sent folder.

Hi Bjarke,

Thanks for posting!  I took a look at the Purchase Order Acknowledgements created off of order ID 16491 and found they were in your 'Drafts' folder.  If you would like to send these documents, please follow these steps:

-Click on 'Drafts' on the left side of your screen.  You should see the two documents with ID 16491 at the top of that folder. 
-Click on the icon that looks like a blue piece of paper under the 'Next Steps' column or click on the orange arrow, then Edit. 
-Fill in the missing mandatory fields.  They will be highlighted in blue.  In this case it looks like it's just the 'Address' field.
-Click 'Check' when finished to make sure no mandatory information is missing
-Click 'Send'

After doing this you should be notified that the documents were sent and they should appear in your 'Sent' folder.  Please let me know if you have any questions or run into any issues.  Thanks!
