Cannot send invoice due to change.

I am attempting to submit invoice for P.O. 002630816098 for Costco. Your system indicates a change so it is not allowing me to submit the invoice. Please help.

Hi David,

Thanks for posting in our Support Center!  I took a look at that P.O. and found that you have a pending Purchase Order Change that must be either accepted or rejected before you are able to access the invoice.  If you click on the Purchase Order Change ID number a new window should open up and there will be a few icons in the top right corner.  To accept the changes, click on the icon on the far left that looks like a piece of paper with a check mark in it.  To reject the changes, click on the icon that looks like a piece of paper crossed out in red.  You should then be able to access the invoice.  Here is a link that may help if you run into any problems:
