Why can't I view my PO's?

My PO shows in my inbox, but it does not present when I click on it. I can develop an invoice from it as an action step, but I cannot see nor print the PO

Hi Jim! Thank you for your post! There are two potential resolutions to this issue, depending which browser you are working in.

If you are working in Internet Explorer, I would recommend using WebForms in Compatibility Mode. This will either look like the screenshot below, or you can choose 'Compatibility View Settings' from 'Tools' and add portal.hosted-commerce.net to 'Websites you've added to Compatibility View.'


If you are using Google Chrome, the POs will load if you add this IE Tab add-on. This install allows you to see an IE based site without leaving the Chrome browser.  Once you click the "+ Free" in the upper right and then "Add" the add-on will install.  Follow the on screen steps to complete the install.  Please note you may need to close the Chrome browser to finish installing.

I can see the new order in my in box but I am unable to view it or print it..


Normally I just click onto the PO # and it will allow me to view and then print the document. Today, it won't take me to this next step. I thought maybe I was disconnected to the system or internet but that is not the case. The ID # I am referring to is 011001118856. What I am seeing in the URL bar is: https://wfds.hosted-commerce.net/wfds... but it will not take me any further.

My computer was upgraded to Explorer 11. PO's do not fully open. It works in Mozilla but I'd rather use Explorer
