Cannot accept Costco Change

I cannot accept changes made to a Costco PO.  The original PO never came over and when it was re-sent with a change I could not accept it and so I am also unable to invoice it.

Hi Nikki,

Since there is no original order, the change won't be able to be accepted without having to reach out to us.  Are you able to provide me with the changer order number?  I can set it so you can send the invoice.
