Cannot Track Remittance Advice Through The New Fulfillment - Can only search using remittance numbers that only appear in OLD web forms

I cannot see any of my remittance advice posts in the new fulfillment, I can see them in the old web forms fulfillment clearly however when I search in the new one I can't see any links.

I can search for the remittance in the new fulfillment using the remittance number (that I can only see in the old web forms fulfillment) - however considering that is a randomly generated number how am I supposed to find that once the web forms fulfillment are no longer available?!

I also think that there NEEDS to be a notes section added to the overview page (like the label in the web form fulfillment) to enable us to keep a better track of which order is which, I know you can add comments however considering you have to click into the orders before you see the comments but that doesn't give a clear overview of the situation. We also dont recieve remittance until over a week after the order has been raised so we have a LOT of orders we need to keep track of and keep in the system so we can have a clear view of what has been done- without clear notes that makes it extremely difficult.

In the new Fulfillment Platform, you can create your own custom inboxes called Saved Filters for documents like Remittance Advices, so you don't have to search for specific ones. I've outlined the steps to do this below!

  1. Click into Transactions Tab, and select "Advanced Search" on the search bar. This will open the filters.
  2. In the "Document Type" section, select Remittance Advice. This will filter for only Remittance Advice documents.
  3. If you'd like, you can also look for just one trading partner, or only document status "New" if you only want to see new ones.
  4. At the bottom of the Advanced Search Filters box, there is an option to "Save Filter." You can name this filter however you link, and then from now on, you'll be able to re-use this filter as a special inbox for just Remittance Advice documents, and you can easily access it in the "Favorites" tab which holds all saved filters.

Hi Allie,

Thanks for that, does this mean that the remittance will never actually automatically 'appear' in any queue and I will constantly have to run a filtered search just to access it and see whats 'new' in the search? Or will they maybe be incorporated into the queue or under a new tab?

Hi Sarah!

You should be getting new document notification emails when a new document is ready for you, and it will also show the type of document. I can pass the feedback along to the development team that the option to include it elsewhere would be helpful. Many vendors on the SPS network do not use Remittance Advices, so we are gathering feedback for the best solution to benefit all!
