cannot send PO Acknowledgement for Amazon dropship HOFT9 thru Webforms

Cannot send PO ACK thru any of the options in Webforms (auto complete, etc).  Error message:  Invalid Partnership... Unable to load.  Was having problems at the end of the day on Friday as well. Was able to send for Fidelitone tho.

I have tried this thru IE and firefox.

I have cleared the cache for IE and JAVA.

Margaret,

I believe this will have to do with the implementation side of things. Can I get the Purchase Order number that you are working off of? I can get this corrected for you.
