Cannot pull up items off the PO when trying to complete an ASN.

IE:  Henry Schein Inc PO12911428

Hello,

Thank you for posting on the Support Center.

I looked into your issue with the items not pulling into the ASN and this seems to be a unique issue with the form.  Usually, when you can not pull items into the ASN it is because they are already in a different ASN that is either saved, sent or deleted.  This is not the case with this situation at all.

I looked into it further and found that there are multiple trading partners that seem to be experiencing this issue.  I will be researching this today in the case: 02336862.

I will email you an update from the case at the end of the day.
