Hi, I was trying to accept the order cancellation change for PO 9007401570, but always got "Error: Failed to perform WFDS accept action". What should I do? Thank you!

If you see this error message, there are four main causes that you can review to help resolve:

1. You will want to ensure that you have received the original order that correlates to your change. Changes cannot be accepted unless the original order is in your Fulfillment account. Original orders will be labeled as "Order" and PO Change documents will be labeled as "Change."

2. Verify that you have opened the Purchase Order that is being changed. If the PO is in a status of "New" then you will not be allowed to accept/reject the Purchase Order Change, until the Purchase Order is opened and is in a status of "Open"

3. If the Purchase Order is already in a status of "Open" sometimes there can be multiple pending changes on the Order. If you have several changes, they need to be addressed in the order that they are received into your Fulfillment Account.

4. The last hurdle that you may experience is trying to accept a change on an order that has already been canceled. It is possible that sometimes, a retailer may cancel an order, but then send another change to re-open the order with you. If this the case, you will see this "Canceled" icon on an order in the workflow, and you will not be able to accept the new change.
If after following these steps, you are still unable to accept/reject the Purchase Order Change please reach out to SPS Customer Support, either through the Intercom Messaging App in your Fulfillment Portal or through our Support Line (1-888-739-3232, Option 1, 1).

It seems this PO cancellation request was sent before I even receive the order. I will reach out to SPS Customer support. Thank you for your reply!
