Quick question, perhaps it sounds obvious, but if we miss an order and find it after the "Cancel Date" do we not ship it? Order 222371 was missed until just now due to adjustments in the department. Can we request a date adjustment, or should we just cancel the order? (there is no phone number to contact the store with)

Great question!  My best advice would be to reach out to your buyer to inquire about whether they would like to change the cancel date (with a new PO or Purchase Order Change), or if they would like to gather in its entirety.  If you are not familiar with your buyer, a general contact should be able to get it in the right direction.  If you are still unsure, let me know the retailer and I will do my best to find a contact.

Until you receive notice from the retailer, I would not ship the product.
